Introducing Keno

Keno is one of those games you either have knowledge of or you don’t. It’s typically deemed as a lotto in the casino. Similar to the lotto, the game is made up of numbers being drawn. The object is to select the numbers that will be drawn. The game of Keno can either be swift or slow based on the casino. By gambling on Keno on the net you can control the speed of the game. For me, I prefer live keno. You hang out in a lounge, if you like, and enjoy. Keno is a game that you do not have to be present to play and be a winner. For example, you can purchase a ticket for 20 games and then head off to compete in another game in the casino or even your room if you’re staying in the casino.

Keno Game Board

The game is wagered on on a game board. The Keno board is made up of 80 numbers – number one to eighty. The top forty are referred to as the top portion and the 2nd forty are called the bottom portion.

Participating in Keno

Every round of Keno plays out the same. The game begins, and twenty numbers are drawn. The casino might be utilizing the ball system. Ping pong style balls are blown up and selected, just like the lotto on TV. Other casinos use computers. If a number you marked is chosen, that is referred to as a "hit." When all 20 numbers have been selected, the game concludes and winning tickets are cashed-in.

There is a lot of diversity in the game of Keno. For instance, you may select just one number, two numbers and so on up to twenty numbers. As a rule, you need to hit a majority of your numbers to win something. For instance, if you pick 6 numbers, you will usually need to get 3 to get your money back.

Keno Payouts

The pay outs in Keno are pretty decent. The chances of winning depends on the total numbers marked. For instance, if you pick 2 numbers, you have a 6% chance of hitting your ticket. Each casino’s Keno department has their own pay outs. If you are playing online, make sure you look around for the biggest pay outs first.
