Introducing Keno

[ English ]

Keno is a game you will have knowledge of or you don’t. It’s basically deemed as a lottery in the casino. Similar to the lottery, the game consists of numbers being selected. The goal is to select the numbers that come up. The game of Keno can be either fast or leisurely based on the casino. By playing Keno on the web you can set the pace of the game. Personally, I love real life keno. You chill in a lounge, if you want, and play. Keno is a game that you don’t have to be in the lounge to enjoy and win. For example, you could put in a ticket for 20 games and then go play something else in the casino or even your hotel room if you’re staying at the casino.

Keno Game Board

The game is bet on on a board. The Keno board is made up of 80 numbers – numbered 1 though 80. The top 40 are referred to as the top portion and the bottom forty are called the bottom portion.

Participating in Keno

Each round of Keno plays out in the same manner. The game begins, and twenty numbers are drawn. The casino may be using the ball system. Ping pong style balls are sucked up and selected, just like the lotto on TV. Some other casinos use computers. If a number you checked is chosen, that’s known as a "hit." When all 20 numbers have been picked, the game concludes and winning tickets are paid.

There is a fair amount of choices in the game of Keno. For example, you can pick just one number, two numbers and so on up to 20 numbers. Usually, you have to get a majority of your numbers to come away with anything. For instance, if you choose six numbers, you will normally have to hit 3 to win your money back.

Keno Payouts

The pay outs in Keno are fairly good. The odds of winning depends on the total numbers checked. For example, if you select 2 numbers, you have a 6% probability of hitting your ticket. Each casino has their own payouts. If you are looking to play on the web, make sure you shop everywhere for the biggest payouts first.
