Keno Methods That Work

[ English ]

It may not generally be deemed the most lucrative game in the arena of gaming, but keno has millions and millions of zealous enthusiasts. And why not? It’s a routinely thrilling lottery-esque game that’s simple to learn, readily available in lots of assorted styles, and one that may return mega-dollars for players who master its innumerable subtle nuances. But let’s begin with the basic rules for now.

When explaining keno to newbies, some gaming masters compare it to bingo. This is at least to some extent apt, in that each game is basically numerical. However, to carry that comparison too far will be to misunderstand the many unique aspect that make keno so exciting. Not like bingo, keno users have the power to pick the numbers for each card.

Keno cards have a total of 80 numbers, but the user is given an additional degree of personal responsibility by being able to determine as numerous (or as few) numbers as he thinks is appropriate. And it doesn’t take a super genius to figure out how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark all of your selected numbers with a good oldball point pen like you used when you were in third grade.

Once you have picked your numbers, take the game card back to the clerk at the keno booth. The person will record those numbers and then hand you a receipt. Do not lose this (potentially) valuable bit of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers your pretty face and wants help out, without a winning receipt on you, you will collect exactly $.00 for your efforts.

And there you have strategy number one: always make sure to keep your keno receipt. Let us move to something a little bit more complex, shall we?

Now that you’ve picked your numbers, get yourself into a comfy keno booth and watch the action happen on the screen. That’s where the winning numbers show up for us. If you picked winning numbers, mark your card aptly. Sake care not to move to slowly, or sit there congratulating yourself for an obnoxious length of time. You must get back to the keno booth to get your winnings, as a new round of keno will almost certainly start within 5 minutes.

Strategy #2: always get back to the keno booth on time!

Since you do not trust yourself to beat that five-minute deadline each time, you always retain the option of purchasing a "multi-race" ticket. These include the very same set of your handpicked numbers on anywhere from 2 to 20 slips. When the max amount of keno games (matching the number of tickets) is finished, you will then be able to get off your lazy rump and go collect your winnings.

Still another choice is known as a "stray and play" keno slip, which generally lets you make number selection for 30 rounds or more. Gosh, you can take a Swedish massage and not have to fret about getting back in time to get your winnings. Most "stray and play" game tickets are good for up to a whole year after you purchase it!

And now you have learned a couple of needed schemes for winning keno. If you are an advanced gambler, they may seem to be stupidly obvious. But it will never hurt to study up on the basic tactics, and if you are a beginner player, every little bit of advice will help make your keno gambling more agreeable.
