Keno Methods That Work

It may not commonly be considered the most lucrative game in the world of betting, but keno has massive amounts of zealous supporters. And so it should! It’s a always exciting lotto-esque game that’s simple to learn, abundantly available in many different formats, and one that might yield millions for gamblers who master its countless subtle nuances. But let’s deal with the basic rules here.

When explaining keno to novices, some betting pros compare it to bingo. This is at least to a certain degree correct, in that both games are generally numerical. But to carry that comparison too far is likely to be to think too little of the many unique aspect that make keno so compelling. Not like bingo, keno players have the freedom to choose the numbers for every card.

Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the gambler is accord an extra degree of personal responsibility by being able to choose as numerous (or as few) numbers as he or she feels they need. And it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to come up with how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark all of your chosen numbers with a good oldmarker like you used when you were in third grade.

After you’ve selected your numbers, carry the keno card back to the clerk at the keno stand. The girl will record your numbers and then give you a receipt. Don’t drop this (potentially) expensive piece of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers you and wants help out, without a winning slip on you, you will collect precisely $.00 for your actions.

OK, so there you have strategy numero uno: always be sure to keep your keno ticket. Let’s move on to something a little bit more complicated, what do you think?

After you’ve picked out your numbers, get yourself into a comfortable keno booth and observe the action unfold on a video monitor. That is where the winning numbers are shown for all to see. If you checked winning numbers, mark your card aptly. Make sure not to take your time, or sit there congratulating yourself for too great a length of time. You really want to get up to the keno booth to collect your winnings, and a new keno game will probably begin within 5 minutes.

Strategy number 2: always make sure to get back to the keno stand on time!

Since you can not trust yourself to beat that 5 minute deadline each time, you always retain the option of purchasing a "multi-race" ticket. These include the very same set of your selected numbers on anywhere from 2 to twenty cards. When the maximum amount of rounds (the same as the number of tickets) is finished, you will then be able to get off your lazy back side and go collect your winnings.

Yet another alternative is referred to as a "stray and play" keno slip, which usually lets you make number choices for 30 rounds or more. Golly, you can take vacation to Italy and not have to get uptight about getting back in time to collect your winnings. Most "stray and play" tickets are good for up to a whole year after you by it!

And now you are aware of a number of required techniques for winning keno. If you are an adept gambler, they might appear to be incredibly obvious. However, it will not hurt to bone up on the fundamentals, and if you are a novice gambler, every little bit of information will help make your keno playing time more exciting.
