Keno is a casino game of luck with a rich and illustrious history. The game that we know and love has undergone incredible changes since its original inception. Gaming historians have traced its history as far back as 200 Before Christ to a Chinese style of amusement called ‘The Game of the White Dove.’ It’s a well-recorded fact that a style of keno was played in a bingo-like configuration on the eastern seaboard just around the time of the massive Chinese arrival at the time of the gold rush.
In its existing form, keno is a bit like bingo in that the pair of games are built upon numbers. A single keno card is printed with eighty numbers and the player can choose as many as he/she would like. This is accomplished by marking the numbers using a pen. After the gambler has checked off the numbers, he/she has to take the card back to the person at the keno booth. The clerk will then issue a receipt after recording the player’s numbers. It is the responsibility of the player to redeem any winning ticket before the next round begins, so stragglers must remain alert.
Now that we’ve reviewed some of of keno’s captivating history and basic rules of game play, you are almost certainly itching to discover where you can bet on keno on the internet. And that is only a reasonable thing for an aspiring keno player. To be sure, you have a great many possibilities to choose from when it comes to some serious internet keno action with all the charm you aspire to.
